Ask yourself three questions:

Who Are You? What is your mission? What is your purpose?

Unfortunately most individuals don’t know the answers to these questions. LifesReflections is a life coaching organization that focuses on helping skilled professionals find the answers to these three questions. These answers are the key to unlocking your potential to succeed in your career and life.

Succeeding in your profession is more than having the right skills. Much of your success will depend on your mental toughness and stability. While you strive to answer these questions you’ll find yourself gaining new perspectives and understandings.

Who are you?

When one is trying to answer this question it’s important that they look within. Most respond by sharing their name, and some aspects of what they do for a living, oftentimes describing roles within relationships they have. This question is intended to challenge individuals to go past the surface level answers and peer inwardly to gain a better understanding of who they truly are. Not merely being able to describe outward interactions but understanding core inward beliefs that are behind ones actions.

How does one figure out who they are? This knowledge only comes through the process of initiation. One must know where they’ve come from; you have to have faced various trials that challenged you as well as face your own fears in overcoming adversity. For many people they have endured the initiation process; however, stop short of connecting all the components to learn their true name.

LifesReflections will help you connect your components so that you can gain a greater sense of who you are.

What is your mission?

Many individuals go through life dreading each turn, not wanting to face their next challenge. This hesitation tends to prevent one from attacking their obstacles thus limiting their success. John Eldredge the author of Wild at Heart said that life is not a problem to be solved, but rather an adventure to be lived. Here at LifesReflections we want to help you view your obstacles as your next adventure, equipping you with the motivation necessary to thrive, verses mere survival.

With this new perspective of life, it’s easy to think of ones mission. Individuals begin to attack their struggles removing doubt and fear of not succeeding. Along with this approach, one is able to see more clearly what their family, career and spiritual mission consist of, thus creating enthusiasm to pursue goals.

As clarity of one’s mission comes into focus, they begin to realize that their quest is much bigger than themselves. The attention is shifted from not only focusing on results but rather one’s interactions with those around them. LifesReflections specializes in helping individuals understand their interactions in hopes of helping them finding their own personal mission.

What is your purpose?

It is much easier to answer this question once an individual’s understands the previous two. After you have a greater sense of who you are and what your mission is, one’s purpose typically reveals itself. Your approach to life becomes proactive verses reactive. Dreams and desires are no longer just unattainable but realistic. The understanding of your position and place in the world makes sense, and you’re able to contribute in ways that previously would have gone unaddressed.
