The Coach will not voluntarily divulge that the Coach and the Client are in a coaching relationship without the expressed written permission of the Client.  Because the Coaching relationship utilizes mail, telephone, faxes and the internet for the transmission of personal information, I cannot guarantee the confidentiality of the personal information that you provide via these forms of communication.  The Client understands that communication by e-mail may not be secure and that archives of e-mail communication may be subject to electronic interception or may be kept by third parties (such as ISPs) and be subject to court orders. However, any information that you provide to LifesReflections will subsequently remain confidential and will not be given to a third party unless you give specific permission to release the information, or requirement by law.  Such requirements may include: court orders, discovery of child/elderly abuse, or the Client's intent to cause harm to him/her self or others.
